I played a pivotal role in the internal transformation of a woman-owned evaluation and research firm, steering it into a new chapter after three decades under its founder's guidance.

As the driving force behind the scenes, I managed the operational logistics of our rebranding journey, ensuring a seamless transition as our amazing creative partners brought our vision to life. From drafting meticulous schedules to fostering collaboration in brainstorming sessions and late-night Zoom calls, I balanced lofty aspirations with practical considerations, infusing each step with purpose.

Beyond logistical coordination, I actively shaped our brand strategy and business development, offering original ideas, writing case studies, and gathering testimonials to reinforce our narrative.
